    • Which part of  it is confusing or..nutso  to you? We can go over it all with absolute max detail and clarity if you like.   And see, the  "nudging" you  chose to use here already works so much better as an expression than previous, repeated claims that devs are  "forcing" you to do pvp. All multiplayer content needs people in order for it to even happen. If there aren't enough people in queue pool, stuff people in queue pool  signed up for isn't going to take place at all I..assume we can see how this would be an issue for them? This requirement of people is particularly tall order for pvp, and for GSF in particular - no multiplayer content in this game needs as much people as 12 vs 12 GSF pop.  Beyond this, all of pvp has an undeniable learning curve.  It is game design 101 to "nudge" people towards tackling learning curves, and reward them for doing so. And yes, I'm sure none of this nasty pvp stuff  works for you. This is an MMORPG, nothing works for everybody. It works for many other people.
    • I agree with @Luciferior. Seeing skilled players (and losing to them) should incentivize players to play better. But because of the current hold-my-hand, everyone is a winner, participation trophy garbage, lose my way through PvP Seasons, reward structure there are currently 0 incentives to improve. PvP Seasons is great as an initial reward for players who might lose 99% of their games but want to dip their toe in PvP. But it is not enough. Otherwise you're going to end up with what we have now - endless complaining and forum threads from players that want the game catered to their skill level with ideas like the removal of premades and a solo only warzone queue.    But @wepeel is not entirely wrong. It sucks going against players that are simply light-years ahead in skill. It's like banging your head against the wall; there's simply no way you can learn or improve when you get globalled the second you drop down from spawn. Unfortunately, this again is a result of BroadSword's current participation-based reward structure and the removal of ranked. The skill gap is enormous between the handful of ex-ranked players who are left and the new majority casual population. If there was a competitive reward structure that supported experienced players, you would have experienced players playing against experienced players and casuals playing against casuals. But instead we have the disgusting state of game that we currently have. It's not fun for the casual who gets globalled out of spawn, and it's not fun for the experienced players who haven't had a competitive game since the removal of 7.2 two years ago.
    • Um, @Stradlin, What the heck? Seriously, this is a nutso response. We know they are trying to "nudge" us to play PVP (which we won't); it's crystal clear. They have repeatedly gimped and thwarted solo cq PVE players while pimping PVP not just in their own special Season but in ours, too. I will (and have) quit the game before I get herded into PVP, and that is the dev's only goal right now. They are not fixing a single thing that has been broken for years; they are solely focused on forcing/nudgng PVEers int o PVP. A stupid goal since it will not happen. This game is not working for PVE players anymore, and you can sputter your defenses all you want, but we are being pushed out unless we just give up and die over and over in PVP/GSF. A thing I will never do (but others most assuredly will and are, and I don't blame them one bit).
    • Disagree. In order to get better, you need stronger opponents. Even in PVE, you won't learn much from doing Heroics, but doing an Eternal Championship may provide a challenge necessary to improve your skills. You may also get prompted into trying the specs who are frequently besting you just to figure out what it is they're doing. If all you're getting are even matches, you have no reason to evolve. Many of those a beatable since by focusing on DPS they often ignore objectives - you might be surprised how often they leave nods completely unattended. There is room to develop your skills if you look for it. And when you happen to steal a victory from groups like that, it's very satisfying. Or they use that as an excuse to avoid the mode they didn't like to begin with. PVP is not for everyone, and some people don't like to admit it, and prefer placing the blame onto other factors. And yes, you have to be content with not knowing what to do at first, and some people avoid that as well, which is a personal choice - not PVPs fault. Does it mean PVP in SWTOR is perfect? Of course not. And those who choose to engage in it need to understand that and perhaps grow a bit thicker skin in order to enjoy it.
    • I think ive got a fix (it worked for me at least) I am currently on chapter 13. I replayed chapter 9 (litteraly skipped through all dialogue) and at the end Arma Rasa was in the alliance alerts.  I then restarted 13 and Arma Rasa had vanished from the alliance alerts) So i skipped through 9 AGAIN then accepted the Arma Rasa quest launched chapter 13 once again and Arma Rasa has remained in my quest log. Havent tried to play Arma Rasa but will do so tomorrow!
