    • This right here is false, watch a warzone match of premaders just gang up on this person/persons just to flex dps/kill numbers just for the fun of it.
    • Hi, Developers, With the introductions of the most recent patch, you've introduced a new 'levy' and are taxing players to move items and money between accounts (8%). I feel this is absurd. My husband and I play the game and are founders, and this change has us both wanting to cancel the game and boycott SWTOR openly online. I don't feel we should be taxed to openly trade something that drops for either of us. I understand there may be reasons for this, such as illegal trading. However, it penalizes players who don't trade illegally. Games such as Warcraft, FFXIV, and others that have been around for decades have never taken such actions to mitigate illegal trading. It may be best to review best practices if this is actually the reason for its implementation and look for other options. The saying goes, a lock only keeps out honest people, and I feel that this levy will only chastise and keep away your honest, hard-working players and not those people trying to exploit the system. I strongly urge the Developers to reconsider this addition, as it does not improve QoL for paying players. It does not foster a community, and it definitely doesn't foster any desire for me to help other players at this point, especially if I am going to be charged to do so. Warmest regards, Arashawn
    • Again, show me how I still see the Gear Drops, XP, Conquests & Achievements?  Yet you can't answer that, while saying to just turn it off System Feedback. I only use Other for System Feedback because it works best, I'm not an ID10T and I know how it works.  Yes I also only click it when I want to see System Feedback, yet 99% of it is spammed with channel join / leave request.  As the OP stated, I could just leave Allies, yet that isn't a solution, nor is leaving a guild that's got often a 900+ members.   *sigh*
    • Sadly, this would likely mean a larger drop in revenue, if they went for a Lifetime Membership.  Star Trek Online tried that first, and now they are liking kicking themselves for introducing that first, before they only later tried a reoccuring monthy cost.  Yet why would people subscribe for 15.00 a month if when for the last 11+ years they offered a Lifetimer Account for 300.00 US Funds, yet regularly offered at 50% off for 12+ years of the 15 they've been going.  Then given all the Free extra Items they include up front, your getting almost 150.00 in value up front thru new Free Items, you can acquire thru the store or thru other means.  Now if you also paid 50% off price, your earning your 150.00 investment back instantly from the items you obtain, and still earning 60.00 in game Currency or 500 ZEN each and every Month continous!  So clearly it wasn't too well thought out over there...  ...I say that because while new Lifers will generate a spike in revenue, most wait for that BIG SALE once or twice a year.  Now those who have been Lifers for 5, 7, 9, 11, 13+ years are laughing all the way to the bank. I'd rather they approached Lifer in a different way, than above, not one that puts people in either Subscriber or Non Subscriber Camp; yet instead offers it as a complimentary system where both can coexist along side on another!  Then Regardless if your a Subscriber, or Preferred, both systems work complimentary! Maybe a Lifer Status, grants a few additional Titles, a few more similar items to the Older Collector's Edition Version Unlocks, Grants the 3 Crafting Skills unlocks (if you don't have it) along with a few others like Speed Piloting V for all Character's.  Then maybe extends it's offerings each year slightly, with a new Lifer I / II / III / IV / V so you could grow into it over a few years!  Now what that cost might be I'm not even going to get into as that's for them to decide, yet maybe it's more like how they approach the original Collector's Edition.   It's goal isn't to replace Subscriber's with Lifer's, as it should be complimentary so you won't replace your 500 / 550 / 600 Coin Grant (Depending if Monthly, 3 Months/6 months, or Yearly) maybe it only extends your COIN Grant out by 100, 125, 150, 175, 200 Coins depending which Lifer status you grow to along with what other Rewards they include with it too!  Maybe that could also solve a secondary problem, because for Preferred who only have 1,000,000 Credit Limit perhaps being a Lifer would finally allow them to extend that to 2,500,000; 5,000,000; 7,500,000; 10,000,000; 12,500,000 depending on your Lifer Status you grow to over a # of years.  That also make Lifers a more affordable Yearly cost for most players too! I'm not saying they won't consider it, just raising and asking some important questions if they do...
    • Since one day ago the swtor launcher won't start, i am getting "Host_WindowLoadTimeout" error, before that it was fine. I am using Linux and WINE.
