    • I don't think it's a bigger job to fix. I think it all comes down to string formatting. They already know how to do it, because this problem doesn't exist in other parts of the game. Copy whatever string format they used elsewhere to the chat message's sender.   It was mentioned above, that game currently saves our initial choice uppercase and lower case, but that doesn't look to be the case. I created a new character named as "First lastname". Upon sttarting up the game, it treated my last name as if it was capitalized.   We can see many places in the game where it treats double names like this.  Here are some places where the capital is used correctly: 1. Local App Data on your computer (GUIState.ini) 2. Combat logs. 3. Character Nameplate 4. Entering story area message (Owner: Firstname Lastname) 5. Emotes (Firstname Lastname dances / You are too skilled for Firstname Lastname) 6. Mailbox 8. Guild Roster
    • on that screen press the alt+enter keys a few times to change to window mode , otherwise edit the client_setting file as seen in https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/Guide-Game-failing-to-launch-on-Clicking-Play/m-p/4809830/highlight/true#M70795   accepting the eula is a known steam issue on new installs
    • I don't want to run this 10-20 times to learn them. It's not worth my time. Too bad. I wouldn't mind them if I felt like I could learn them in 4-5 tries instead of being decimated half way through with no recourse or fight ability.
    • It's not either/or - though, unfortunately, that's how some players play in WZs. In order to succeed, you need to do both: know your class and play objectives - if you ignore either, you're failing your team. Speaking of carrying a ball, you need to do it differently based on which class/spec you're playing otherwise you won't make it far. Operative, sniper, guardian tank, sorc, merc, etc. - all do it according to their own strengths and weaknesses. And yes, it's a skill to be learned. And knowing to support a ball carrier - guard, heal, line up for a pass, beat the enemies off of them, or even just stun and distract the enemies - is another skill that's often missing in WZs.
    • Can you cry a little harder? PVP/forced group content has been the main focus of content for YEARS now. But, go ahead and make it inaccessible for "non elite" players, and watch the queues never pop.  You can't have it both ways --- you can't have people on fleet ALWAYS begging for people to queue and then complain when people queue.
