    • Nowadays not really.  Only good for getting them is achievement if you have excess tech fragments and credits, as once your past level 75 the set bonus is inactive.
    • It's just for completing the achievement (collect 1500). If completing achievements isn't your thing, no stress. You can ignore the blueprints.
    • Hey guys Just a simple question, is a set from the Set Bonus Vendor worth it?
    • Level synch is the only reason I still keep playing SWTOR. Ditto with ESO. Frankly, I dont understand the ultimate or practical difference b/t acquiring Tech Fragments vs. gaining a different form of universal currency through Command / Renown (e.g., Unassembled Components).  I recognize your desire to easily acquire lore objects, datacrons, and crafting mats. The issue with the first two you mention, lore objects and datacrons, is they are one and done, particularly for datacrons which are legacy bound. As for your point about "general exploration" -- okay -- I get it, but the benefits of acquiring meaningful currencies (Tech Fragments or Unassembled Components -- name doesn't matter) for me far outweigh my desire to go wander around Taris leisurely taking a stroll and admiring the scenery. Moreover, the only way I would support allowing players to turn level synch on / off or set it to scale back down is if the rewards were also lowered (particularly for crafting mats and decos from early Flashpoints). I'm not sure what you mean @RevenantMac when you say: "If ESO could do that then SWTOR could." I'm quite familiar with ESO and both games have auto-level synching; i.e, you can't change it in either SWTOR or ESO. Put differently, I'm not sure what you want SWTOR to adopt / import from ESO. Either way, that sounds like a big lift for developers. I don't want to be confined to a couple of Planetary Dailies / Flashpoints for the best gear given the glacial pace of new content release. Frankly, this is true with every major MMORPG I'm familiar with and is the reason all major ones do it. Dasty
    • Not a bug, gear is capped in pvp at 336, so people who have pure pvp toons keep their gear at 336 because they can be exact in their stats rather than subject to reverse bolster.   That being said, I fully agree that at the very least solo pvp queue people should have a check box or selector to allow them either to opt out of matchmaking with premades entirely or set a personal wait period before accepting premade matchmaking.  Premades have a role and value for the way some people play the game, but solo players have no obligation to be your bait.
