      Tell me you didn't go to law school without telling me you didnt go to law school. 🙄 Every couple of years a thread like this pops up. And while this thread will likely be nuked (though I'm not going report it) -- just a quick note: The First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution does not apply in any way, shape, or form to private forums -- which this most categorically is -- by definition. Broadsword possesses full intellectual property rights over in game activities as well as what happens on this forum. I don't always agree with Broadsword's decisions, but I am merely a privileged guest on this forum b/c I pay a subscription fee. Operative term being "guest." Their forum, their rules. Don't like them, you are free to leave. It really is that simple. Dasty

      I had to see this for myself. I wouldn't hold your breath on a fix for this, G.A.M.E. jackets from Season 3 still have missing textures for female characters

      You are a US based Company. So you are required to abide by the laws of such.      * The First Amendment of the US Constitution says I have the right to free speech and my option.      * What I said was taken out of context.  If you read the whole conversation. A pedophile was speaking about have sex with children.  Sorry you dont allow the correct word for what they were talking about. HMMM seems funny that in game you allowed it to speaking about it. But I cant write it here. That alone should clue you into its wrong doing. The correct word starts with a R and ends with a E I was Band for STATING , I HATE PEDOPHILES. If what you did is not illegal. then give me an address to serve you at. And we can let a Judge decide.      * also note that shortly after this I left.      * Does Broadsword condone Pedophile behavior? If anything you should have banded the pedophile. What I said IS COVERED BY THE 1ST Admendment. Unfortunatley, what the pedophile said is also covered by the first.  If you want to label me saying, I hate pedophiles, as hate speach. then by all rights you are breaking that also. By hating me for what I said. Now. I want a Full refund on ALL my accounts. since Banding me is stopping me from playing. keeping my money I paid for subscriptions. in others words stealing my money.    * oh and you claimed I was warned before...... When was this YEARS ago? Since I came back. Ive had no warning. And I honestly dont recall being warned, that Broadsword can break the law. And per Business law, one can not agree to an illegal act in a contract. So even if you have this hidden somewhere. Its non standing. Check with your legal team.  If you want the Status covering this. I will provide upon request after I have been given a legal address to send it to. But I have had verifications codes sent multible times, EVERDAY since December. Ive never liked that.  However, since what you have done. I wish to Challenge in US Courts. Im sure our business is done. you just need to give me an address so I can get this fixed Legally. Want to make this right and for me to go my legal pursuit?  Then unband my account. Everyday band I will add to what is needed. For today. three servers that I have not maxed season quest for the week. will be added per day on all my accounts. Every person In, Moonlight Shadows (guild) on the Asia server. is to be comp 60 days subscription 10,000 Cartel credits added to my account. And a written apology from Broadsword and the brat I talked to on the phone about rolling his eyes at me. And from here on out you abide by the laws covering your company. Oh and you give EVERYONE, post it to be found easy, a way to talk to a person that matters. A PHONE NUMBER. Thats just for today. everyday not fixed I will add to my list and give once this is fixed
